My unique floral art print, Exotic Flowers in a Blue Pot, combines elegantly organic winding stems with a sweet and simple small blue pot.
These abstract yellow flowers are completely imaginary, and my usual creative process means that they were created by letting my heart steer the art via my brain, and in turn my eye and then my hand.
Working intuitively in this way, the process is always exciting - and the result is always a surprise. I hope you love these super-cool tropical flowers as much as I enjoyed bringing them to life.

How do you package prints and originals for safe delivery?

I wrap every purchase carefully myself in an appropriate combination of tissue, boards, padding, plus suitable protective outer packaging and sometimes a cardboard postal tube for larger prints.
How long will my print order take to arrive?

UK orders: I'd normally expect your order to be in your hands in (max) 14 days. This allows time for me to create the print for you and to organise its prompt delivery by Royal Mail. But I’ll always be aiming to get it to you as soon as I can.
International orders: Delivery could take 30 days but I'll keep you informed about the schedule once your order is processed.

- Shipping is FREE for all UK print orders.
- A flat rate of £18 applies to all non-UK print orders.
- Where applicable, shipping is added at checkout.

If you would like to cancel or change your print order, please email me (art@susanmariewilliams.com) as soon as possible (3 days maximum). If I haven’t already processed and dispatched your order, I can cancel it or make changes.
After 3 days, as my art prints are a print-to-order item, these are classified as non-refundable and I am not obliged to cancel/refund or make any changes to your order.

No, sorry. As my prints are made individually to order, they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is a problem once you receive your print order, please contact me as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt to let me know. Damaged or faulty prints will be replaced promptly once I have the details. You can read more about this in my Returns, refunds and cancellations policy.
Quick notes
PRINTS: My high-quality prints are produced non-commercially (by me!) to a professional standard. I carefully choose the type of fine art paper to best suit each artwork, and the vibrant printer inks I use are genuine professional Claria inks by Epson.
DELIVERY TIMES: UK print orders, allow up to 14 days maximum; non-UK orders, allow up to 30 days.
SHIPPING COST: Free for all UK print orders; flat rate £18 for all non-UK print orders.
